By accessing or using the MindfulFrame Cycle School website, services, or enrolling in any course, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. User Obligations

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or register for courses. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use our site or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our platform. Prohibited activities include:

• Sharing course materials without written permission
• Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
• Harassment of instructors, students, or staff
• Uploading malicious software or viruses

4. Course Purchases and Cancellations

All course fees are non-refundable once the course has begun. You may cancel your enrollment up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund, minus a $25 administrative fee. Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, videos, and materials provided by MindfulFrame Cycle School remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the materials solely for personal learning.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that courses will meet your specific expectations or result in any particular outcome. Practical bicycle repair carries inherent risks; you assume full responsibility for safety during any applied techniques.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindfulFrame Cycle School, its instructors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss of data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be posted here.
